Our family had a unique and cozy experience at this traditional Japanese lodge. We were greeted warmly by the host, who was very helpful despite the language barrier. the location was serene and it was only a short drive to the main area of Mt. Fuji. We enjoyed the communal bathhouses, which were never crowded, and the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our room. the rooms were quaint but clean and comfortable, giving us a true Japanese experience.
The shared bathroom may be inconvenient for some guests.

The location was perfect! It was nestled away from the busy streets of the city, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation. the check-in process was hassle-free, and it was great to be greeted by very friendly staff. To add to that, the breathtaking views from the room were a real spectacle. the icing on the cake was the fact that it was just a few minutes away from key locations making it easy to navigate.
The rooms were a tad small, and it was quite uncomfortable with shared bathrooms for all the guests. Although the staff was hospitable, there was a language barrier that made communication harder.

The traditional Japanese experience was definitely a highlight of our Xmas trip. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was superb, we could easily see the nearby mountain from our room and it was only a short drive to the main section of the area. Another plus was that there were only two bathhouses, which gave us enough personal space despite it being shared.
Although the language barrier was a bit challenging, the staff were still very helpful. The rooms were a bit small and the pillows were a tad uncomfortable.

The friendly staff welcomed me even though I checked-in late at around 11 pm. The location was perfect, with a nice view of Mt. Fuji from the second-floor room and it only took me 20 minutes by car to get to the main section of this city. The hotel was also very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The traditional Japanese style of the stay was a fantastic experience!

Very friendly staff. Nice view of Mt. Fuji from the room. Perfect location for visiting Mt. Fuji. Quaint area, hidden and peaceful. Easy check-in process. Lovely traditional Japanese experience. Great host with courage and enthusiasm. Only a short drive to the main section of Mt. Fuji.
All was perfect.
